Dr. Aisiku is a seasoned physician entrepreneur leader with 16 years in telemedicine and is board-certified in Neurocritical Care and Emergency Medicine. He founded iDoc Telehealth, which specializes in e-ICU, telestroke, tele-neurocritical care, and tele-radiology services.
Recognized as a Distinguished Chair in Emergency Medicine at Harvard University, he's known for saving Congresswoman Gabby Giffords after her assassination attempt. Dr. Chuang, cofounder of VSee (merged into VSee Health), brings 20 years of telehealth design expertise and innovative thinking to her work. She guides the development of its no-code, low-code telehealth platform and also pioneered some of the earliest workflows on the market.
Previously, Dr. Chuang worked 10 years in the audio-visual communications industry, including roles at Hewlett Packard and Disney Feature Animation. She earned her PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS from MIT.

Jerry Leonard, CFO of VSee Health, brings over 25 years of financial expertise. He has led finance at Voya, guiding its asset management arm, and held positions at IBM and Colgate Palmolive, starting his public accounting career at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers
Jerry provides robust financial stewardship and growth strategies, overseeing accounting, auditing, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. His credentials include a CPA, MBA in Finance from Emory University, and a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College.
